Daniel G. Eckstein is an author, public speaker, workshop presenter, consultant, and communications specialist. His international expertise includes books and workshops on the topics of Leadership by Encouragement and Appreciative Inquiry. He is skilled as a trainer in utilizing experiential skill-based activities couples with a high degree of understanding of adult learning that maximizes the transfer of learning from workshop to on-the-job performance. He is a master of teambuilding, group problem solving, strategic planning, and in understanding how one's personality impacts work.

Dr. Eckstein is an author of 18 books including co-author of the Canadian Best Seller, Raising Respectful Kids in a Rude World selected by the Behavioral Science Book Club and other books published by such companies as Random House, his works have inclusion in such best-sellers as Chicken Soup for The Teacher's Soul. He completed a post-doctoral internship in cross-cultural appreciation. He has taught cross-cultural communication for the prestigious Thunderbird International Graduate School of Management and has taught and consulted in many Pacific Rim countries and the Mediterranean.
