The authors provide a blueprint to replicate, demystify, systematically teach, and research this essential Adlerian diagnostic process. They have taken a very complex process and made it "workable." Life-style assessment has now been systematized; it is no longer a mystery for beginning practitioners. Even with twenty-five years of professional experience in Adlerian counseling, after reading this manuscript, I personally feel more confident in my ability to make concrete applications based on a life-style interview.
